Participation in the International Eating Disorders Conference is offered as a single conference package. Partial attendance, or absence from specific sessions or conference days, does not entitle participants to a reduced registration fee. We reserve the right to amend your registration if an incorrect participation fee has been selected.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. For written cancellations received up to one month before the start of the conference, on or before 19 March 2027, an administrative fee of £ 50,- will be charged. Cancellations received within one month of the conference start date will be charged at the full registration fee.

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place. Please inform the conference organisation of any substitution as soon as possible.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering your participation in this event. The participant list will be shared with the conference sponsors; however, this list will include participants’ names only and will not contain personal information such as email addresses.
